Getting Started

After installing, head to Slack and run /watercooler help to see all available commands. Most setup happens through slash commands — no dashboard needed.

Common Setup Steps

• Set your channel: /watercooler channel #watercooler
• Set your cadence: /watercooler cadence monthly
• View all settings: /watercooler settings
• Trigger your first run: /watercooler run
• Enable AI icebreakers: Set an ANTHROPIC_API_KEY in your deployment environment
